This is a non-working utility tester. It is missing the power cord (uses a standard TV cheater cord).
There is some minor rust on the hings and screws, the meter needle sticks and does not respond to
the adjustment screw. There are a couple of minor nicks in the case.
The tester has pin straighteners for 7pin and 9 pin tubes.
It can test locatal, 7pin miniature, 9 pin miniature, octal, and crt tubes.
This tester can be used to test tube filaments, batteries and appliances.
It can measure resistance, current and voltage.
The tester is being sold for parts or repair.
