This is a very large four bank variable capacitor from an unknown old radio.
It has a couple spots of rust that will have to be cleaned up.
The capacitor moves, but the plates are loose.
The plates were held to the shaft with some sort of rubber bushing which has deteriorated.
This part is sold as is (no return).
